Perfect for 2-3 families to celebrate, cook large dinners, relax and reconnect.In winter, skiing, snowboarding, and more is 45 minutes away at Bear Valley Resort. In summer, cool off at Lake Alpine.Mercer Caverns is one mile away and Calaveras Big Trees State Park is only 25 minutes.This home is only 2.5 hours from the San Francisco Bay Area, 1.15 hours from Stockton, 1.45 hours from Sacramento and 2.5 hours from Fresno.

THE GREAT ROOMTake in the views from the many windows and multiple decks that define the California lifestyle of this home. The main floor features the spacious great room, kitchen, dining area, and master suite. The great room boasts soaring ceilings with a picturesque wood burning stove and floor-to-ceiling rock hearth.

KITCHEN & DININGThe modern kitchen is fully stocked and features stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, and room for multiple chefs to work at once! The dining area with a huge custom table provides stunning views and room for all your guests to dine together.

THE MASTER SUITEThe house sleeps 13 guests in bedrooms, beginning with the Master Suite featuring a King bed, private bathroom with dual shower head shower and a separate large tub, as well as a perfect view of the hills and vineyard.

BEDROOMSThe Second Master also features a King bed with private bath featuring a tub with shower. The kids room has 2 bunk beds, each with a Full bed on the bottom and a Twin on top, as well as an additional Twin bed. The Rec room features a Queen pullout.

BATHROOMSThere are 3 full and one half bathroom.

"This is a wonderful house for great value in a wonderful town. We were 3 families who spent a weekend caving (Mercer Cavern) and checking out Big Trees State Park, which was incredible this time of year. The sunsets, and view in general, were breathtaking, and the location was great in close proximity to downtown Murphys, but still in a quiet area. "Our stay at this Murphys house was great. The home is settled towards the top of the hill and the view from the home and deck is spectacular. The sunrise and sunsets from the deck was worth the trip alone. The home is open and spacious with a large table that comfortably sat our families. The drive to downtown Murphy’s was also quite convenient. We would definitely recommend the location and consider a return trip as well."
